Full Service Design
$5500 per space

This service takes the client from design concept to a completely finished space with every detail attended to. As with all our Design Packages, it starts with a Discovery Call.

Let’s Get Started:

During our first meeting, Lyn will review the specifics of the design package and our process as well as go over our LOA/contract. If all parties are on board, we will sign and collect the design fee.  Now for the fun part! Lyn will walk through your space with you asking LOTS of questions and taking notes in order to gain all the information needed to create a space that suits your needs and reflects your style. We will take pictures and measurements and discuss investment. If other trades are involved, we will schedule a Trade Day so that you will have accurate estimates.

Design Plan Presentation:

When we have gathered all the information needed (this takes about four weeks), we will schedule a Design Presentation Meeting. At this meeting, Lyn will present you with a detailed floor plan, samples of materials associated with your design plan., and a virtual mood board with images of any light fixtures and furnishings. We will approve or tweak the proposal as needed. If needed, up to two revisions or modifications are offered to ensure everyone is happy and comfortable moving forward. Once the design proposal has been approved payment for all items will be required and then we will order all materials, furnishings, and finishes for the project on your behalf.

Procurement:

While any tradespeople are working on site we will be ordering everything in the proposal, working with vendors and doing everything we can to make your design dreams come true, on budget and on time. Lyn will make frequent site visits to ensure everything is going per the design plan.

“Coffee, Tea, and Accessories”:

A few weeks before install, you will meet with Lyn for a “Coffee, Tea, and Accessories” meeting. You’ll look at images of spaces styled in a similar style to what we think will work in your space in an effort to ensure your completed space is styled to perfection! All of this while sipping your favorite coffee or tea which of course Lyn will pick up on her way.

Install Day : (insert happy dance)

All items will be installed on the same day/days while you are out of the home. All the styling is done at this time as well so you will come home to a complete space ready for you to enjoy. If at all possible, we will have our photographer come at this time as well. If time does not allow, we will schedule the photographer on a day and time that is convenient for you. A list of any styling items and accessories that have not already been purchased by the client will be left for you to review.

Deficiencies:

Things happen, such as a lamp that didn’t get delivered or a scratch on a frame. We will document anything we see during install and go over this list with you along with our plan to contact the vendor about repairing or replacing the item. Of course, if we missed something, please document it and let us know within five business days.
